Terms & Conditions

You must provide accurate details and keep them up to date. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in access secure. Accounts and organisations may be suspended if these terms are breached.

Referrers may submit leads and earn commission on deals that reach “Closed Won”. Commission is calculated and paid according to your agreement with HouseSmart and is settled through our payment provider.

Panel firms receive survey jobs assigned to them based on their coverage preferences, and manage each job through to completion. Payment for completed jobs is made on completion, subject to successful onboarding with our payment provider.

Payouts are processed via Stripe Connect. You must complete payment onboarding before any transfer can be made. We may reverse a payment where the underlying deal or job is cancelled or reversed.

You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt to access data belonging to other organisations, or interfere with its operation. We reserve the right to withdraw access where misuse occurs.

We may update these terms from time to time. Where changes are material we will notify you. Continued use of the platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
